    Job DescriptionINTEGRIS Health Edmond, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system has a great opportunity for a Business Development Specialist in Edmond, OK.

    We invite you to join us as we strive to be The Most Trusted Partner for Health. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for business development, marketing, philanthropy strategy assessment, physician relations and operational leadership.

    ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Acts as a liaison between the organization, referral sources, and the community of serviceProvides operational and supervisory support by acting as liaison with departmentsResearches market data for operational business planningEvaluates and maximizes physician performance with focus on opportunities for growth, new services, and program developmentPromotes collaborative nurse, physician, and ancillary department relationshipsParticipates in ongoing analysis of hospital service line volume to enhance success and implement growth opportunitiesResponsible for calling on and developing relationships with potential referral sources including physicians, case managers, insurance companies, adjusters, attorneys, professional associates, businesses non-profit organizations and others as may be appropriatePrepares and monitors marketing reports, goals and outcomes; communicates regularly and effectively with supervisor to ensure mutual goals are understood and metWorks collaboratively with Marketing and Corporate Communications on the creation of various marketing tools including brochures, videos, exhibit displays, press releases and advertisingRemains current on compliance, reimbursement and practice managementHelps develop, implement and evaluate business development plans for multiple service lines, facilities and organization as appropriateWorks with INTEGRIS Marketing Corporate Communications to ensure that all collaterals and communications are consistent in their production and placementThe Business Development Specialist reports to the leader as assigned.

    QualificationsBachelors degree in marketing, business administration or a related field, masters degree preferredBusiness development experience or related experience preferredThis job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Drivers License from the state of residence as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrierMust be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
