    About DesignShopMaterial Technologies is expanding its reach into B2C with the launch of DesignShop.

    DesignShop is reinventing the home design process by taking the most exciting elements of Pinterest and combining them with a massive library of home design materials from hundreds of the country's best brands, all of which are instantly available for overnight sampling.

    DesignShop's shoppable inspiration is highly accurate and when coupled with its hyper-realistic interactive design tools, allows users to create beautiful scenes comprised of any material in its library.

    About the Role:
    DesignShop is seeking an experienced Account Management Leader to join its team of "builders".

    In this role, you'll serve as our first Account Manager with the goal of developing a team, implementing our systems and processes to support a rapidly growing client base.

    DesignShop Account Managers serve as a bridge between our esteemed Brand Partners and all that DesignShop has to offer, helping to deliver them maximum value and return.

    As the main point of contact for Brands, you must have a natural ability to build strong relationships, gain trust, and provide solutions.

    This is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role, perfect for someone who seeks new challenges, loves to 'build from scratch', gets things done, and wants to continuously learn, grow, and add value.

    To start, as the sole Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all communication related efforts with each respective Brand (from onboarding to ongoing account management).

    As you learn and refine the process and begin to formally establish the Account Management function, you will be responsible for developing best practices, SOPs, guides, and implementing the necessary tools to automate and optimize wherever possible.

    A near-term goal following the launch of DesignShop (Jan 2025) will be for you to hire, train, and lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to our growing list of Brand Partners.

    In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build something remarkable, share insights that will help propel us forward, and influence the future of DesignShop.


    What you'll do:


    Act as the day-to-day contact and liaison between Brand Partner teams and DesignShopBuild trusted relationship with brand stakeholders, decision makers and executivesDevelop strategic roadmaps for Brand Partners to ensure their business outcomes are achieved.

    Develop and maintain customer success strategies, insights and best practicesReview, analyze and maintain existing brand success metrics and dataSupport partnership marketing initiatives between DesignShop and its Brand PartnersCollaborate with internal teams from Marketing to Engineering to Product to maximize brand retention and provide unique solutionsCollaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot technical issues raised by usersHire and lead the future Account Management team from zero to one.


    What you'll bring:
