Do you always have an open ear for your colleagues and find the right (IT) solution? Then you've come to the right place.

We are currently looking for support for our 11-person IT service team at our location in Konstanz.

YOUR TASKS

  • Client administration for Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolution (including remote) based on our ticket system
  • 1st and 2nd level IT support in a technically complex and heterogeneous environment
  • Procurement, installation, and configuration of hardware/software for all employees
  • Continuous development of the existing IT environment, especially installation routines and device management

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed education in the IT field or a career changer with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in software user support/customer service
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac
  • Good understanding of technical problems and connections
  • Service orientation, responsibility, teamwork, as well as a sense of humor and a lot of patience
