Your responsibilities

Planning and monitoring project progress, including control and customer support during and after project completion
Processing and handling of service and maintenance contracts in accordance with VdS guidelines
Responsible for aspects of quality, cost, and time
On-site project support and point of contact for our customers
Handling of contract amendments and documentation creation

What we expect from you

Completed training as a technician, engineer, or bachelor in the fields of building services engineering, energy and building technology, HVAC technology, or mechanical engineering
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
Service and solution-oriented work style with a high level of commitment and flexibility
Customer and service orientation with a friendly and confident demeanor
Valid driver's license
