A District manager is a multi-site position, responsible for all aspects of locations within their district. They are to be self-motivated and have locations that are self-sustaining. The focus of a District Manager is the development of their Location Management teams.

There is a heavy focus on team building and recruitment, scheduling and logistics of the locations within the district, and report analysis with decisions and movements made based on the information and trends in those reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the business and daily operations of multiple sites to achieve company goals.
  • Growth and Development of the management team across multiple locations.
  • Coordinates with Regional Manager on daily, monthly, yearly goals for subscription sales and membership retention
  • Responsible for the end result of their location's accounting and financial reporting.
  • Analyzes budget expectations to identify areas in which reductions can be made.
  • Promotes organization in all aspects of site management.
  • Ensures the site operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Provides daily activities for all onstaff employees that range from loading, cleaning and customer service and interaction

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Directly supervises 35 car wash locations
  • Managing and coaching 1220 team members in the management roles at various different levels.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teammates with confidence in work processes and goals
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationshipbuilding skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at various levels across the company and customers
  • Retail management preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Continually exposure to outside weather conditions
