Inside Sales Assistant - (Belmont, New Hampshire):

What can you expect:

Starting at $23.00/hour
Annual increase potential

What you will do

Build spreadsheets; prepare presentations and other documents for Business Manager.
Participate in credit/rebill process to understand validity, track timing, volume, root cause corrections and strive for a reduction in overall annual instances.
Assist in AC Billing and Fuel Adjustment process, ensuring accurate and timely postings.
Assist with monthly reporting for meetings including sales, budgets, forecasts, initiatives, quote analysis, business initiatives and call logs.
Help organize, track and store information about our current market conditions, sales trends, and prospects.
Review sales team backlog and quotes for timeliness, validity and follow up.
Maintain website with pricing, hours, and sales contact information.
Assist Commercial Business Manager and provide information gathering and analysis on various projects when necessary.
Assist in the ticket detail review process prior to billing.
Assist the Material Sales Department to ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
Assist in general office duties as required.

Requirements:

Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
Twoyear degree preferred; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Extended hours with possible night and/or weekend work as well as overnights.
Willingness to travel to other Pike locations throughout the company when needed.
A valid driver's license.
