Online Marketing / Sales Employee (m/f/d) We are an innovative, medium-sized family business with approximately 140 employees in East Westphalia.

For 75 years, we have been developing, producing and distributing quality products for healthy sleep comfort and enjoy a reputable reputation in the industry.

Our customers include all well-known retail companies for furniture and home textiles. In recent years, we have experienced strong growth and want to continue expanding our excellent market position.

For this purpose, we are looking for a dedicated full-time or part-time (from 30 hours per week) Online Marketing / Sales Employee (m/f/d) in Vienna.


Your responsibilities:
Processing of end customer inquiries / customer concerns via email and telephone Recording and processing of sales and complaint orders Content maintenance: general data maintenance such as product descriptions and layouts Assistance with processes and tasks related to shipping Support in the management and further development of the online presence (including online platforms)

Your qualifications:
Completed training as an industrial clerk, media clerk or marketing communications specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification (First) professional experience, ideally in online business or sales support Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably MS Navision Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Enjoyment of digital work Strong communication skills in written and spoken language as well as empathy for customer support Teamwork and independent, structured work We offer: A wide range of interesting tasks in a pleasant working atmosphere in a dynamic medium-sized family business Short decision-making processes and open and direct
