- Make outbound calls to retail and wholesale leads, past customers, and potential buyers to drive sales growth
- Efficiently manage time to maximize customer outreach
- Identify new customer prospects beyond the existing database
- Conduct follow-up calls and schedule appointments
- Handle inbound calls when necessary and support ongoing training initiatives
- Assist in overseeing inventory on multiple auction platforms
- Participate in other assigned projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business or Marketing
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a must
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and willingness to travel as needed
- Must complete Penske employment application and pass background and drug screenings
- The role involves reading, verbal and written communication, information analysis, and following instructions
- Physical tasks may include standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, and occasional lifting up to 25lbs/12kg
- Visual requirements include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Position Summary:
The main focus of this role is to reach out to potential customers by making outbound calls to interested buyers and cold calling prospects to generate leads for sales representatives. The aim is to identify qualified leads that could lead to future sales. In addition, the position involves contacting dealer and fleet customers we haven't engaged with recently to create new opportunities. You will also be involved in managing inventory on major auction and aggregator websites, providing a solid foundation for career advancement within the Remarketing department.
