The Production Home Assembler follows work orders and instructions in order to accurately and efficiently prepare and assemble building components and homes in a factory assembly line environment.- Operate various hand tools, power tools and equipment used to complete carpentry duties including: Circular Saw Table Saw Router Pneumatic Nail Gun drills And other tools needed for measuring cutting fastening drilling Frame layout build floors Prepare lay out build walls Layout run install electrical lines switches receptacles panels breaker boxes Install prepare dry for finish tape mud texture Complete roof construction decking flashing shingling Cabinet or finish carpentry trim build installation Installation of siding windows doors Painting of interior exterior homes Cooperate promote team concept all other company employees Adhere rules regulations times Meet exceed company safety standards Perform tasks assigned management
