Job summary
The Production Floater 1 provides flexible support across multiple production areas on an as-needed basis while adhering to safety quality productivity and product delivery. This role is intended to maintain production flow by covering for absent team members assisting teams that are behind schedule and building stock for pick-and-ship items.Responsibilities
- Able to work in 60% of the production areas at their home facility – at rate or better so as not to slow production team down.
- Pull needed supplies based on the job order.
