Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
  • Provide accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate guest services and resolve operational issues.
  • Uphold security protocols by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges as required.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations and handle difficult interactions with tact and diplomacy.
