Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate guest services and resolve operational issues.
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations and handle difficult interactions with tact and diplomacy.
