    Responsibilities:
    • Leads a comprehensive wellness program for club members
    • Coordinates, plans, and facilitates health and fitness activities
    • Recruit and onboard a skilled personal trainer for client sessions
    • Establish a flexible schedule for one-on-one personal training sessions
    • Coordinate on/off-season availability for client sessions
    • Work closely with the club event planner to align events with the monthly wellness agenda
    • Organize wellness-focused events such as cooking and food portions classes
    • Lead the finalization and launch of Wellness Challenges
    • Ensure readiness for promotion by the marketing team
    • Create a comprehensive schedule featuring workshops and pop-up events addressing members' wellness needs
    • Coordinate timing and logistics for seamless execution
    • Prepare targeted fitness classes tailored to seasonal demands
    • Organize specialized yoga sessions and injury prevention workshops
    • Plan and facilitate outdoor fitness sessions to capitalize on natural surroundings
    • Organize guided hikes, running, and Nordic activities to enhance member experiences in the mountain environment
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in coordinating wellness programs, events, or initiatives, preferably in a fitness club, community center, corporate wellness program, or similar setting
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
    • Knowledge of health promotion principles, fitness training techniques, nutrition guidelines, and wellness best practices
    • Organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate events, and track program effectiveness
    • Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies to engage members and promote wellness initiatives
    • Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others improve their well-being and adopt healthier lifestyles
