Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Preparation and compilation of all orderrelated documents for production
Monitoring of deadlines and timely provision of order documents
Comparison and printing of labels for production
Customer contact for procurement of variable data or label approvals
Participation in the collection of key figures
Postprocessing of production orders
Checking and booking of consumption quantities
Creation of batch protocols
Maintenance of internal KPIs
Participation in continuous improvement measures and projects

Your profile

Commercial training or training as a pharmaceutical technician or comparable knowledge
Experience in the production environment of packaging
User knowledge in handling Office and ERP programs
Conscientious, structured, and meticulous work style
Understanding of processes and systems
Open and solutionoriented communication behavior
Affinity for numbers
