    Job Summary and Qualifications

    The HCA New Grad Nurse Residency is a year-long program that kicks off with a paid Classroom/Preceptorship segment to give new graduate nurses hands-on experience in acute care settings. The upcoming cohorts start on various dates, with opportunities to develop skills in different units.

    During the program, new nurses will go through training sessions and clinical preceptorship to nurture their growth and competence in the field.

    Requirements for this role include a current RN license, recent graduation from a nursing school, Basic Life Support certification, and strong communication skills.
