- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs, including but not limited to articulation disorders, language delays, fluency disorders, and social communication challenges
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students communication strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students communication goals within the classroom and other educational settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork
