JOB ROLES:
As the Campus Programs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of student clubs while also providing essential support for federal program initiatives at the campus level.
Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing campus engagement, supporting student success, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Successful teaching and/or school leadership experience preferred

FACE PROGRAMS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the creation of and development of new clubs and help identify potential club advisors among existing campus personnel. Also,
provide resources/training opportunities for club advisors.- Supports student club advisors for fundraising opportunities.- Supervise requests for all club projects and fundraisers.- Assist student government, student clubs, and their sponsors in planning and organizing campus activities.- Supervise club & program mentors/advisors- Provide guidance and support on federal program-related activities at campus including, but not limited to Campus Need Assessment, Campus Improvement Plan, Parent Involvement, and any other federal program-related activities.- Assist in developing the district improvement plan, district needs assessment, parent involvement and any other federal activities.- Conduct surveys related to federal programs- Attend training on federal programs- Coordinate meetings, invite stakeholders to meetings, and maintain minutes- Assists in the management of federal programs such as Title I, Title II, Title III, homeless McKinney Vento, Migrant, and Foster Care.- Assist in developing the Parent Family and Engagement Policy.- Lead and participate in parent events- Oversee Before/After School Care Program- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.
- Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
- Position is in an office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.
- Moderate travel is required.
