Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the support, development, and expansion of SaaS solutions in the Source-to-Contract area
Collaborate with our UX engineers on the development of user journeys, mockups, and solution concepts, and refine them within features and user stories
Lead the implementation of features and user stories in collaboration with the development team
Conduct product acceptance tests according to common quality criteria and present them to internal and external stakeholders
Advise colleagues and clients on the supported applications, including product features and configuration options
