The Manager II, Advanced Analytics is a critical thought-leadership role that
helps to shape the future of WFS Seller Success strategy.

Broad scope:
This role allows to work on a wide range of analytics projects
across different areas of the organization, from planning and forecasting, site
traffic, to seller acquisition, performance, and retention.
Deep into the data:
This role will be responsible for designing, building, and
implementing predictive models, developing algorithms, and leveraging
statistical techniques to provide recommendations that will support the
organization's strategic goals.

- Storytelling with Data: helps to prepare and deliver simple and
influence cross-functional partners (e.g., software engineering, account
management, operations) to gain buy-in and typically present work up to
senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement : develops the framework of performance
