    About Outpatient Clinics

    Role Overview
    As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care of a specific group of patients. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, you will collaborate to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Your role will involve using your clinical expertise to diagnose and address patients' health conditions effectively, preventing any potential complications.

    Requirements
    • Associate's Degree in Nursing (mandatory).
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory at Spectrum Health Continuing Care and Spectrum Health Medical Group.
    • LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
    • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association certification needed within 90 days OrCRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross certification required within 90 days.
