- Lacks Primary Care offices are operated by Trinity Health for patients and their families enrolled in the Lacks Medical Plan
- Lacks Primary Care offers 2 convenient locations for their patients:
- Lacks Primary Care Clinic South
- Lacks Primary Care Clinic North
- Physician will spend 90% of their time at Lacks Primary Care Clinic North by Cascade
- Clinics offer full service primary care, well visits and chronic disease with low-cost acute care visits
- On-site pharmacy for patients and lab draws
- Clinical team includes 2 physicians and 5 support staff (mix of MAs & EMTs)
- Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
- Call is rotated with other primary care offices, 5-6 times/year
- Experience required
- Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible
- State of Michigan license required at time of employment
- DEA license
- ACLS & BLS certified
