Description

1. Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values
2. Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers (2 minute production cycle per 3 alcoholic beverage)
3. Prepare beverages as ordered
4. Build relationships with guests
5. Keep bar area clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines
6. Operate a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amount into the register and give a guest or server the correct change; accountable for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
7. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
8. Follow guidelines of the EBCI liquor laws as defined by the Tribal ABC Commission and/or NC ABC Commission
9. Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner

1. High school diploma or GED required
2. Six months prior customer experience required
3. Four months as a bartender at a full service bar preferred
4. Complete documented training program preferred
5. CARE certified
6. Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:

12. Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene

1. Must be able to attend to multiple priorities simultaneously
2. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and carry 5 pounds
3. Must be able to maneuver and tap a keg weighing 165 pounds
4. Must be able to be on feet for 8 hour shift
5. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist and grasp items
6. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
7. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
8. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including second hand smoke
9. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
