Youll be engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of your Applebeesfrom building guest relationships to promoting community involvement.

Youll be responsible for meeting sales and profit goals; and, maintaining your store. Youll be the Keeper of the Brand, promoting our standards in every aspect of daily operation.

2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required.
Kitchen Managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements.

This position requires you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
