Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the recruitment, retention, and development of talent within the food & beverage division.
  • Manage fullcycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Partner with department managers to assess staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all new hires receive proper training and support to succeed in their roles.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and workplace investigations, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and leverage insights to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HRrelated matters and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP workforcenow) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
