Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the recruitment, retention, and development of talent within the food & beverage division.
Manage fullcycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Partner with department managers to assess staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all new hires receive proper training and support to succeed in their roles.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and workplace investigations, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and leverage insights to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HRrelated matters and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP workforcenow) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
