This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping client experiences and driving project success in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a pivotal link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from kickoff to completion.
• Provide administrative and project production support, while mastering the workings of account management.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to interpret client needs and track progress on both client and internal projects.
• Assist in the development and coordination of marketing plans, ensuring deadlines are met meticulously.
• Engage with client activities, providing backup support to the Vice President of Client Services and Account Managers when needed.
• Dive into market research, contribute to blog content, and assist in crafting client enewsletters.

Who You Are:

• A holder of a fouryear degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• An exceptional communicator with stellar interpersonal skills, ready to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
