    Description
    Regulatory Specialist – Temporary Role – Remote

    Remote regulatory contract opportunity


    Primary Objective:
    Responds to customer inquiries for technical and regulatory information. Fields and addresses regulatory questions from previously-prepared product dossiers and similar documentation completes customer regulatory questionnaires


    Specific Responsibilities:
    Compose professional correspondence to address Customers and internal stakeholders
    Prepares information for coding packets and aggregates regulatory information
    Document regulatory requests, with strong attention to detail
    Assist in all other aspects of regulatory affairs and quality systems

    Skill Requirements:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with ability to work independently
    Competency in areas such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Regulatory or Technical Data Sheets (RDS or TDS), Federal, state and way of life compliance statements such as Prop65, Bioengineered (USDA BE), kosher, halal, vegan
    Excellent ability to work in multiple computer systems such as Microsoft applications (MS Word, MS TEAMS, MS CRM would be ideal)


    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in a field of science (chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or relevant fields) is preferred
    1-3 years of industry experience, with preferred awareness of personal care, consumer packaged goods, specialty chemicals preferred
