North Madison is looking for a FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (M/F/D) to join our team in Mannheim, the largest city in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

As part of the Department of Construction and Real Estate Management, you will support the operation and administration of our own, rented, and leased properties.

You will be the main point of contact for both internal and external customers.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting with the creation and review of operating cost and other invoices, as well as managing external services such as cleaning, security, and winter maintenance to ensure their reliable execution.

In collaboration with building users, you will also implement organizational fire protection measures for the buildings under your responsibility.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in public administration or real estate management, or have completed a commercial apprenticeship.

You should also have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to handle challenging situations with a solution-oriented and calm approach.

A valid driver's license is required, and experience with electronic invoice processing (ERV) is preferred.
