As a working student in the Content Load & Support department, you will support your team in creating and revising content for the websites of our clients in the consumer goods sector and the German government.
These will be your tasks with us:
- You will be responsible for entering and modifying content on the client's websites using their content management system.
- You will review and adjust content according to the client's specifications and create new websites if necessary.
- You will support our team with support tasks by handling customer inquiries and addressing small issues such as password resets, user creation/unlocking, ticket creation and assignment, and clarification of inquiries.
This job is right for you if...
- You are an enrolled student with 20 hours per week available.
- You have a basic technical understanding and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
- You have knowledge of MS Office and perhaps even some experience with CMS (not required).
- You are reliable and conscientious, and complete tasks carefully.
- You have no problem with German and English texts.
- You want to enrich and advance our agency both professionally and culturally.
