Southwest Mobile Storage is a Rancho Cucamonga, CA based storage container business that is growing and needs good yard/ shop help.

We are looking for a general Laborers.

If you are the right fit for us, you will join a shop team with great communication, teamwork and is very busy.

Want your day to be filled with independent work while enjoying the outdoors? Our general labor team members are self-disciplined and highly motivated because they work with mínimal supervision.

Your job will be to care for the portable storage products and general repairs. You'll make sure they're clean, functioning properly and ready to be assembled for our customers.
**Your day could include**:

grinding
Painting
Sweeping and hosing
Replacing tile or epoxy flooring
Repairing drywall holes
Cleaning windows, blinds, doors, floors, and walls

You must be able to lift 50 pounds, work outside, be reliable, assemble/disassemble structures. You will need knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools including grinding and saw cutting.
We give you a reliable schedule Mondays through Fridays with an occasional Saturday sprinkled in the mix. This position comes with competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for overtime.

Manage your workload in a timely manner all while interacting with your teammates from branch managers, dispatchers, yard workers and drivers.

Required Education and Experience:

02 years' experience with general labor and maintenance repairs
High School Diploma or GED
We encourage and love to hire veterans Military experience welcome
This job requires someone that wants to work hard, and all work is outside in all conditions throughout the year.
You will be required to do grinding on containers.
