S2 (RAS 2) department is responsible for the smooth and OLA-compliant operation of services, including RAS genua (genucard) for target operations and RAS offen (AnyConnect) for in-house operations in the RAS service package.

Your responsibilities:


  • Installation and configuration of RAS solutions in compliance with applicable security requirements
  • Handling of incoming incidents in the incident management process as part of second level support
  • Troubleshooting of remote access solutions for customers and inhouse operations
  • Ensuring agreed SLAs and internal OLAs
  • Participation in operational change and release management
  • Participation in testing and quality management as a tester
  • Updating and creating operational documentation (wiki, user manuals, guidelines, and operational handbooks)
