Description
We are looking to hire a detail oriented, ambitious, proactive Customer Fulfillment Agent for our corporate headquarters. This is a full-time position.

Some of the responsibilities you will be expected to fulfill:


  • Processing customer parts/machine/accessories orders
  • Coordinating LTL/FTL shipments
  • Assisting Upper Management with projects
  • Coordinating the pickup and delivery of express mail services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • In charge of corporate office and store supply order
  • Assisting with various other administrative functions
  • Customer Support and Coordinating Schedules
  • Picking and Packing parts shipments

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE PROFILE:


  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook Calendar, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Previous experience working in an office environment is a plus
The ideal applicant will be ready to start as soon as possible at our headquarters in Torrance, California.


Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
