Security and Protection Service Staff (m/f/d) at Paragon

As a security and protection service staff, you will be responsible for tasks in the areas of personal, asset, and object protection. With a two-year training program as a security and protection service staff, you will join our team and experience the exciting daily work in the security industry.

Your responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly completing checklists during inspections in object or plant security and building surveillance
  • Checking the functionality of security equipment
  • Interest in administrative and organizational tasks
  • Creating threat analyses and evaluating dangers and potential hazards
  • Properly marking emergency exits and escape routes
  • Individually providing information and giving instructions for locations in event services

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Secondary school diploma
  • High level of responsibility and reliability
  • Friendly interaction with customers, especially in stressful situations
  • Social competence
  • Clean record (extended police clearance without entries)
  • Credit check without negative entries
  • Teamwork skills
  • Resilience
