- $20-$23/hr +monthly, quarterly, & annual bonuses
- Shift: 5am-5pm Monday-Thursday (Occasional Fridays and Weekends required)

- Maintain a tidy and organized workstation.
- Load bulk paper and aluminum rolls onto the unwinder.
- Pack small rolls of Reflective Insulation onto pallets.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and document findings.
- Record daily production, receipts, and shipping details accurately.
- Perform minor repairs on machinery as needed.
- Utilize various tools to support manufacturing processes.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and troubleshoot any issues identified.
- Demonstrate proficiency across multiple job-related competencies.
- Work independently while adhering to established procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain equipment functionality.
- Follow company safety protocols diligently.
- Safely handle weights ranging from 40-60 lbs.
- Assist with additional tasks or projects when required.
- 3 years of experience preferred in Roll Converting and operating machinery is essential.
- Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and adhere to proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
- Capable of safely lifting weights up to 60 lbs.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication and basic mathematics skills are required.
- Successful completion of fork truck safety training is mandatory.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education is necessary.
- Possession of a valid Drivers License is required, with preference given to those with a CDL.
- Pre-employment drug screening and physical examination are mandatory.
- Demonstrated aptitude in mathematics, problem-solving, computer literacy, and mechanical comprehension is necessary.
- Strong attention to detail is a fundamental requirement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Proficient in utilizing hand tools.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Additional education and experience, particularly in electrical fields, are advantageous.
