Job summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support key stakeholder groups in partnership with the Head of HR and Senior HR Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to step into a senior generalist HRBP role with higher ownership, visibility, and leadership partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR point of contact for assigned business groups, partnering closely with leadership
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, team structure, and talent planning
  • Support change management and initiatives that impact business performance and employee experience
