As a Direct Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of Broadband Consultants focused on promoting and enrolling qualified customers in an affordable home internet and streaming TV service package for a prominent Fortune 500 company. This position is key to driving the campaign's triumph, ensuring team adherence to sales and enrollment procedures, and engaging directly with customers. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership qualities, extensive sales background, and the capability to train and inspire team members.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of Broadband Consultants across various in-person distribution spots.
    • Provide training and assistance to team members regarding the enrollment process, product perks, and customer interaction strategies.
    • Engage directly in customer enrollments to offer firsthand sales experiences and insights.
    • Oversee team performance to guarantee high activation rates and compliance with the 90-day customer retention mandate for full compensation.
    • Create and execute strategies to enhance team efficiency and customer contentment.
    • Maintain conformity with all regulatory specifications and ethical benchmarks in campaign implementation.
    • Manage logistical aspects of campaign oversight, including scheduling, venue setup, and material distribution.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated leadership experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the telecommunications, broadband, media services, or related sectors.
    • Strong organizational and team management proficiencies.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both customers and team members.
    • Aptitude for training and inspiring a sales team to meet and exceed their performance objectives.
    • Familiarity with customer enrollment processes and compliance with federal programs such as ACP.
    • Willingness to travel within designated territories and work at various event venues.
