- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed
- Report any changes or concerns in health to the appropriate personnel
- Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishes
- Accompany clients to appointments and engage in stimulating activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any changes in clients' condition
- Attend training and educational sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of in office paid training, CPR
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and genuinely caring attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibile shifts
