The Operations Management team manages the service delivery within the support processes at FI-TS.

As the first point of escalation, you coordinate the fastest possible restoration of services managed by FI-TS. You are also responsible for quick and competent communication in case of disruptions. You also contribute to the sustainable elimination of the causes of disruptions and the optimization of service delivery at the transition to problem management.
