    Description

    Position Overview:

    • Support the development of utility master plans and ensure the accuracy of project installations in the field.
    • Organize and report on construction project performance to the infrastructure team.
    • Identify and address risks by assisting in the creation of mitigation plans.
    • Effectively communicate project and campus data to various stakeholders.
    • Provide engineering support to the Program Management Office (PMO), including Project and Construction Managers.
    • Collaborate with surveying, testing, and inspection teams.
    • Document project progress and prepare necessary reports and materials.
    • Coordinate meetings and maintain project records.
    • Assist in the review of submittal procedures and invoices.
    • Job site visits to college campuses will be required.
    • Assist in other project-related tasks as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
    • Knowledge of public codes and experience in capital improvement programs.
    • BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, or related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
    • Experience with LEED certified projects and/or CHPS.
    • Familiarity with DSA construction/design process.
