We are currently looking for a
Group Leader Embedded Hardware (m/f/d) for our client in
Nürtingen in direct placement.


Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination of electronics development (PCBA) together with technical project managers
  • Strategic development of hardware development in the field of automotive embedded systems
  • Crossproject, strategic optimization of PCB design, component selection, and circuit diagrams
  • Further development of PCBs according to EMC, technical, economic, and productionrelated aspects
  • Disciplinary leadership of the Embedded Electronics team
  • Participation in the development and implementation of processes and standards such as ASPICE
  • Participation in the requirements and system architecture process to achieve functional and cost goals
  • Coordination of remote embedded teams with technical responsibility

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in a technical/scientific field
  • Practical experience with automotive development processes and requirements engineering and system design
  • Experience with software development processes such as ASPICE and agile methods such as Scrum is advantageous
  • Experience in PCB development and circuit design
  • Effective and teamoriented communication of complex technical issues
  • Independent and creative approach to challenging problems
