Certifications/Qualifications:


  • Must be in title or on the approved Keyboard Specialist Civil Service list
  • Fulltime, 12month position
  • Acts as Secretary for the Transportation Department
  • Applicant must be able to prepare purchase orders and compile time sheets for payroll and transportation contracts
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced office and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls, walkins and manage employee inquiries
  • Must be able to work in a large team and complete all responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Strong human relations skills with the ability to manage an office
  • Applicant should have experience providing customer/client service and be able to multitask while remaining flexible and dependable
  • Applicant should have strong computer skills, strong collaborative work skills, strong written and oral communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Salary per CSEA contract
