Your role at ZEISS Digital Innovation in Pirtleville, AZ:

We develop customized, market-leading health and manufacturing solutions for our clients.

Our extensive industry expertise and broad understanding of technological advancements, combined with an agile mindset, ensure speed and creativity in developing innovative solution ideas.


As part of our HR team, you will handle operational personnel matters and serve as a point of contact for employees at our German locations.

This includes personnel administration tasks such as creating and managing contracts and contract changes, conducting research and analysis, and organizing employee development measures.

You will also support the monitoring of personnel-related processes and assist with the preparation and implementation of onboarding for new employees.

In addition, you have the following profile:

  • Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resource management, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
  • Knowledge and experience in human resources
  • Interest in labor law
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Fluent in German and actively able to use English
  • Structured, thorough, and solutionoriented approach
  • Independent and responsible work style
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and professional demeanor
