Human Resources Director Opportunity
Fuller Hospital is currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team.
This position is responsible for executing Human Resource activities at the facility for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR related activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
- 3 years management experience required, and 5 years of healthcare experience preferred.
- PHR, SPHR or GPHR certification preferred.
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) standards preferred.

Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse.
