Your Responsibilities as a Credit Security Clerk:

You will process book and letter mortgages for newly appointed and assigned mortgages from external banks
You will handle telephone and written correspondence
The processing will be based on defined processes
You will verify, among other things, land registers, enforceable copies of mortgage deeds, or assignment declarations

Your Profile:

You have completed your education in a commercial field
Ideally, you have (some) experience in the credit industry
You are proficient in using MS Office and have a quick grasp
You also consider yourself to be responsible and solutionoriented
Excellent communication skills in German complete your profile
