2+ years of professional work experience
experience maintaining, monitoring, patching, and re-imaging workstations
experience assisting both onsite users as well as remote users
experience planning, integrating and maintaining software and hardware for local or wide area computer networks
experience and understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies, and File Permissions
