The focus during the practical phase is on customer consultation, which is learned and practiced from the beginning.

Overview of the apprenticeship
  • Practical training at the bank alternating with classes at vocational school or dual university
  • Insights into many areas of the bank to understand bank processes with background knowledge
  • Introduction to consultation meetings to be able to advise customers on all financial matters - from savings accounts to funds, loans, and insurance
