Corporate Coverage Company is the accounting division for a family of waste diversion and recycling service entities. Privately owned and operated since 1976, the conglomerate maintains a physical presence in six states and rapidly growing metropolitan areas, including but not limited to Chicago, Memphis, Clearwater, Orlando and San Antonio.


Responsibilities

• Know the scale security employees on staff to have clean lines of communication 24/
• Preferred to have experience in the Waste Management industry
• Be on call and reachable 24/7, 36
• Know and understand all proper paperwork that is to be filled out and submitted for any/all incidents that occur at any facility.
• Follow through with the resolution and completion of any scale/security incidents that occur at any facility.
• This can include, but is not limited to follow through with:
• HR Department
• Site Manager
• Local authorities
• Upper Management
• Have a working relationship with all plant managers and supervisors at each location so that necessary lines of communication are established with the plants and the security team should an incident occur while nobody is at a specific location.
• Verify all shifts paperwork is being completed in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Check scale safety, scale house operating supplies (printer paper, camera, etc.)
• Train new scale house operators upon hire
• Adjust schedule as needed.
• Grade and Push up Loads if necessary to cover night shifts loads on Laflin St.
• Ready to cover the scale house shifts at any time during the week.

Start 12/1pm - End 9/10PM
