We are looking to hire an
HR Clerk in the city of
Commerce, CA.
This is a _contract opportunity _**to join our HR Team


Contract Assignment: 3-6 months


Pay:
$22-25/hour


Schedule: 7am

  • 3:30pm

Summary:

As an HR Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the human resources department by providing administrative assistance and employee support services.

Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, facilitating new hire onboarding processes, and offering general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of HRrelated documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with Payroll functions such as timekeeping & attendance ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Assist in managing employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other HR projects as requested.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in HR or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
