  • Develop technical solutions in close collaboration with the German Armed Forces
  • Identify and capture customer needs and requirements for potential business field developments
  • Conduct market analysis on technological trends and identify relevant technologies
  • Implement customer requirements into existing and new processes and solution development
  • Assist in the development of IT services
  • Conduct and moderate customer workshops
  • Take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects in the context of information transfer
  • Completed (IT) degree, preferably in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on communication technology
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in business development and/or requirements management
  • Solid experience in project and process management
  • Experience in the public sector, preferably in the context of the German Armed Forces
  • Knowledge in the field of military communication technology or a strong understanding and enthusiasm for radio and telecommunications technology is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
  • Negotiation skills in German and fluent English, both written and spoken
