    Our client, a growing company poised to disrupt the energy industry and make an enormous impact in addressing the world's growing energy needs.

    They are looking to hire a Fluidics Engineer to help them change the energy world with their ground-breaking solid hydrogen energy.

    This person will be part of a cross functional team working closely with hardware, firmware, and fuel system team members, as well as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer to define requirements, design the architecture of our mechanical systems, prototype and test system designs, as well as deliver final units to our customers.

    This is a tremendous opportunity for an accomplished and passionate engineer who aspires to get in on the ground floor of a growing company and do meaningful work on cutting edge technology.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Conceptualize and develop new products that capitalize on our novel hydrogen storage solution.
    Hands-on design, analysis, documentation, build and functional validation of mechanical components and assemblies.
    Own design of parts and assemblies from initial concepts through prototype production all the way to manufacturing.
    Conduct and participate in internal and external design reviews.

    Work closely with interdisciplinary team to give and receive feedback, ensure complex assemblies work together, and support planning to execute on cutting edge products.

    Other duties as required.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor in mechanical engineering, or equivalent, Masters preferred.
    2+ years' experience in mechanical design of parts for complex systems, taking product from concept to validation to deployment
    Required Technical Skills

    Expertise with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD program.
    Familiarity with PDM Works or other version control tools a plus
    Ability to prepare, read, analyze, and interpret technical and manufacturing documents and drawings
    Experience designing fluidic systems, including gas and water seals between parts.

    Experience with a wide range of manufacturing methods and materials, including machining, 3D printing, injection molding, deep drawing, extrusions, sheet metal, etc.

    Experience managing suppliers
    Familiarity with Design Validation Testing and QC requirements development for parts.
    Comfort with hands on prototyping using mills, lathes, 3D printers, etc.
    Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with interdisciplinary teams
