Head Nurse (m/f/d) for the operating room in full-time at the ATOS Clinic Fleetinsel Hamburg GmbH & Co


KG - Your responsibilities:

  • Organization and coordination of patient care in consultation with the responsible physicians, as well as organization and coordination of operating room procedures and allocation of operating rooms.
  • Creation of duty schedules, taking into account the number of operations and working hours to be performed, including preparation of time sheets and monitoring of hours worked.
  • Preparation of the vacation schedule.
  • Regular employee meetings, as well as training and evaluation of new employees.
  • Creation and active participation in the updating of clinicspecific standards, in consultation with the physicians.
  • Monitoring of the professional activities of subordinate personnel according to the prescribed standards.
  • Identification of training needs and coordination of further training for employees.
  • Control and coordination of all orders for the operating room area.
