As a dishwasher at Manuel's, you would be expected to be able to perform the following tasks:

Operate dishwashing machine to thoroughly clean dishes and food preparation equipment
Follow safety regulations and procedures
Maintain a clean work area and complete daily assigned sidework
Operate a deep fryer and commercial mixer to prepare menu items
Monitor chemical levels on dishwashing equipment to ensure efficient operation
Efficiently manage time to ensure all required tasks are completed in allotted time
Valid Food Handler's Card
